Alongside our expertise in pond designs/builds, we also offer full outdoor makeover designs. Our design service package options can help bring each clients vision to life. Our process starts with an on-site assessment to collect vital information, and ideas, leading to a clear design-build project that is unique to your landscape.
DESIGN-BUILD OPTION: With our design-build service, both the design and construction, and responsibility is handled by one contractor. Working with us in designing and constructing, creates alternatives in material options, and allows space to make changes during the project. Saving money, and time.
BUILD-ONLY OPTION: Already have a design? If a design is already made, we can still use the plan with it's dimensions, and details. Changes are expected when city permit is required in a build-only project.
design packages
2D CAD design. Includes measurements, surrounding permanent structures, and pond equipment. Ponds with the intent of being more than 18" deep require the Permit-Ready Design.
Pond Site Plan
$500
2D CAD design. Includes measurements, property survey, site map, hardscape plan, planting, lighting plan, and revisions.
Full Property Site Plan
$500-$900
2D & 3D renderings. Includes everything from Essentials 2D package.
Full Property Site Plan
$1,000-$1,500
2D or 3D design. Includes detail plan for pool, pond, outdoor kitchen, or any other structures needed for city permit.

design process
Schedule an on-site meeting with a designer to discuss your needs, requirements, and budget.
STEP 1
After on-site visit, a design proposal will be sent based on visitation along with a deposit amount to secure your project.
STEP 2
After deposit is made, your custom design will be in the works. This is the time for revisions, and details with city permit are made.
STEP 3
Once design is finished, your 2D or 3D design will be revealed, and construction can begin.
